Turn off activeSync

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to turn off the activeSync feature. I turn on my phone (not connected to a PC or server) and it is running. I dont even want it to Sync when connected to the PC. I like to manually transfer files, it is annoying to even sync the phone. If I remove the program will the phone still work OK?

Re: Turn off activeSync

Yes mine is auto updating too. The numbers go up every minute to 59 then back to 00. LOL Is that what you are referring too?

All jokes aside. I just read what you are talking about. PC clocks gain or lose secs everyday. Thanks for that info too Blisk, now I know exactly what that activeSync is also for. Did not realize it was for the time update as well. See you do learn something new or a few things everyday!
