Change Home Bar Icons

Im using JDs WM6.1 Stock Sprint Rom and loving it. Was wondering if there is a way to change the HOME ICONS (IE. Home, Weather, Ringers, Quick Launch). I want to change the quick launch to media player. All help welcomed!!
