Your default.txt is incorrect.

Sounds like you have this:
set cmdline "ppp.username=username@sprintpcs.com ppp.password=password"
console=ttyMSM0"

It should be this:
set cmdline "ppp.username=username@sprintpcs.com ppp.password=password console=ttyMSM0"

notice the missing double quote after password and console is one space after that, not a new line

Ahh. Thought that looked odd.

I'm also trying to get the hang of initrd.gz. Someone a few posts ago mentioned the 'newest' as I recall. How would one make that claim? To create one for the Vouge, I'd have to apply the patches from the gentleman and Massey University right?

Where can I find the "newest" initrd.gz? Also, does the filename matter, or just the fact that it's properly referenced in default.txt?

Re: Android For The Vogue Is Here!!!

This is the COOLEST OS/app I have seen on a phone in a LONG time! Running perfectly on my Sprint Vogue using OMJ's rom. Have not tried data yet, but phone works great.

Cannot wait to show the linux kernel booting to my colleagues!

Few questions, does anyone know how to change the time? Mine is off by about 4hr. I also do not know how to bring up the qwerty keypad in the browser or SMS. Lastly, anyone get data working with SPRINT? Google Maps will only send, but I get no incoming transmission. Do I need to modify the Default.txt with my username and password?
