Camera Help Please!!

Hi!! I hope someone can help me. I have been playing around with my phone a lot, and when I just went to take a picture my camera says "unable to initialize camera. Failed to set up the camera device." Whatever camera icon i touch, this is what it says. My pictures are still there, but I can no longer use the camera. I am definitely a newbie at this, so if you have an idea how to help me, I need it explained step by step.
