HELP! Can't find my way out...

Just got my HTC Touch yesterday, and of course, I have been playing with it almost non-stop. And so far so good. Except for one thing. I was browsing Internet Explorer, and changed the "view" setting in "menu". I dont remember which choice I made, but whatever it was, it made the page so big, that now I can't "go back". Can't access the menu, can't get to the keyboard... I can scroll, but that is all. How do I get back to the menu... so I can reset the view to normal or whatever the default setting is.

I know this is probably a simple fix, but I am a Newbie. Please have mercy, and someone show me how to get out of this situation. (oh, and this is only happening while in Internet Explorer. I can soft-rest, and get back to the Today Screen, etc.)

Tap and hold anywhere on the screen and a menu will come up. Go to view and change checked option. You have it set on full screen. Once you uncheck that, the screen will go back to normal.
