oz im PROBLEM

Hey folks, big time mogul convert to touch as of yesterday....

Look when i go to use OZ, i get a MD5 error, 403, and the rest of my data services work fine. I tried searching but the search tool doesnt let u search "oz messenger" or anything related to it. Ive also googled it, to no avail.
Has anyone figured out why this happens on the touch? Help me out!
