Where do "sent" messages go on Touch mail?

In my message options on my TOUCH I have the box selected to "Keep copies of sent items in Sent folder" but when I send a message it's not in the "sent" folder. Some do make it to the "sent Items" folder but only 10% at best if that.
Text messaging works fine for message storing.

Have I got some thing set wrong?

I have it getting my home email account (not sure if it's push or pull mail) but it checks it evey half hour.

I'm on the BELL Mobility network.

I did set it to sync the folder but it doesn't appear on my home computer's Outlook Express when sync'ing. I sync the calender & contacts with Outlook but do not use it for mail on my home computer.
