Did I brick my device trying to flash it?

I needed to send my touch back to verizon for the cracks.
So I used the .41 coke unlocker and flashed the verizon stock nbh and now I can only boot up to the verizon wireless screen.

I'm still at 3.something radio.

I need some help guys.

And as far as before all of this happened, I had 2.31 and gps working, I did it so long ago I can't remember exactly what steps I went through.

I still don't know how to get it to the relocked state. Any Ideas?
Right now I'm on radio 1.something and winmo 6.0.

Can I just run the verizon exe and be done with it?
Or should I unlock with 2.31 like it says in the post i linked to and then run the exe?

So I just run the .40 unlocker like any other, or do I have to do anything in particular for relocking?
then I can just run the verizon exe "RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship.e xe"

And then I'm good to return it?
