The other difference is the speaker on the back of the phone. Position of the GSM Speaker is a little lower compared to CDMA version of this phone.

Don't like..There is something about those goofy looking covers that just kills it for me. I love the look of our phone as is, its extremely slick looking and I get tons of comments about it.
