Huh? badb4c... it looks like it is doing what it is supposed to do... indicate battery strength by the little tiny straight "ribbon" appearing at the top of your screen. Not sure what else you thought it would do - it is a battery gauge.

Ya, but I also thought it made all the changes of the pic I posted. Is the only way to remove this to use a safe mode type program? thanks

i think he thought it would change the whole title bar as shown in the picture. what programs change the start button, signal indicator, etc?

I think the name "Vista" was throwing him off.. But yeah, all this app is, is the color gradiant at the top. I would assume the other is just a theme, and a custom signal indicator. Probably not a specific app.
