My eyes may be decieving me...

But is this utilizing the Minimal Cubes theory of having a flat background that is unchanged and the icons move over it?

Yes and no. The icons are 50x50 squares with the icon on a black background, so changing icons will not affect the background or animations. What is in the teaser image is the "up" animation, the right/left animation, and the down animation. At each pause the icons will appear.

And really, the Minimal Cube had blank animations. The icons and background would appear as each side loaded.

I know I'm extra late, and I only browsed the iCube thread. But I remember seeing someone mentioning that this may work for the mogul if you install FtouchFlo. Am I wrong? If not, can we (Mogul users) apply this same method for this new UI? If we can't I am totally envious! Great work sir!

Cutta-Boi,

I think you are correct. But you need to make sure that the version of FtouchFlo is based on the Vogue's Biotouch programs. I think the latest version is, but I could be mistaken.

Actually, you'll need to uninstall the iCube before you install this one. Sorry.
