1. The solution bottle was empty (i used some dishwashing soap and water as a replacement)

2. There was no cut-out for the speak at the back of my unit

3. there were no cut-outs for the "nipples" on the back cover

Im waiting for my replacement from them now.

Mine had the speaker and nipple cut outs but the top pieces were difficult to align and I had to trim one slightly. I just mentioned they might need to refine the design a bit and I think they're going to send me a replacement as he suspected a miscut on what I had. We shall see.

Overall, I like it very much, great protection.

I've had mine on the screen for about two weeks now, I really like it.
As some have said, it does add a bit of a ripple like effect to the screen, and it is a bit sticky, but I think it works perfectly. The stickiness doesn't affect me, and the ripple only shows if you're looking at it on a weird angle..

I'm curious as to why you would want the shield on the rubberized cover? Seems to me the rubber has a better feel and more grip.

defiantly not invisible, but it looks like it will protect the finish

from what i hear, invisibleshields are about as useful as those adhesive bookcovers you would use back in highschool. they definately protect the unit, but when it comes time to peel it off, theres a 90% chance you ruin your screen.

ps: please dont take this as a flame or a personal assault. i'm just relaying what i have researched on these products

ive taken the screen protector out before without a hitch. the screen protector is definitely not usable anymore, as for the screen....its perfectly fine. i dont really see how it could mess that up.

I can assure you that removing the invisibleshield WILL NOT do any damage to your screen, nor will it leave residue or tear in the process.

I've been using these skins on my Treo's for a long time, and removing them was a breeze. They're super sticky and definitely a ***** to peel off, but there was 0 residue after the fact, nor was the screen or case sticky afterwards. I was impressed.
