I told him already, lol...
I have 181 dollar charge on my account, which i was told is the "difference" between the phones, which makes no sense no matter how you look at it, Mogul New customer price vs msrp touch, mogul new customer price vs touch new customer price (which is less)... AND the woman said there was a fee for overnight shipping... and it was shipped GROUND which i have the proof of... so so so so awesome... but i have been dreading it so bad that i haven't called in 1.5 weeks... I WILL TODAY I PROMISE, i just hate calling so much :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( |

I jsut got my mogul swapped with Touch about two weeks ago and got a return kit with new touch. I still havent had chance to send the mogul back. As soon I got an email back from eCare that i will get new Touch, I logged in and saw 499 credit to my sprint account. Will this credit stay if i never send the Mogul back?

This happened to me as well. I finally called retentions last week and the woman took care of it but I had to actually send her copies of the emails from ecare. Without those emails she would not have been able to help me. Make sure to save each and every email from sprint, because as we all know, they have an awful billing system and even worse CSRs.
