Few quick ideas (though these are more "make sure your phone is on, a very common problem" ideas). Go into comm manages and make sure you're not in flight mode. Make sure wifi is not off. Go into PIE and delete all of your cashe/cookies. If that doesn't work, I'm out of Ideas. Sprint?
