Question Easiest way to disable Touch Cube?

ok so i honestly don't use the cube much... yeah it was the "cool" factor that i'd use to impress my friends... but when it came down to hardcore functionality, i made sure everything i needed or would need was on my today screen. now that i really don't need the cube... is there an easy registry edit or program that will disable the cube from loading on boot?

i don't necessarily want to uninstall it... just remove it from starting up.

This should do it, I've never tried it myself though

HKLM\Software\OEM\TFLOSetting

Change EnableCube from 1 to 0

i did this the reg edit on post #2, soft reset and it worked. the cube doesnt come up anymore. i installed htc home customizer to try to enable the quickdial tab in the home screen but its not showing up. all other 5 tabs show up but not quickdial.

is it because the cube is still running? how do i stop it?

These are the cube exe's that need to be stopped, you need a task manager (the stock one doesn't list all exe's actually running)

BioTouch.exe
Mediahubmini.exe
APlauncher.exe
QuickDial.exe
