you can allways buy a micro wifi adapter (not expensive) the only down side is that you have to take your sd card out to me that's just minor still a good phone

There is currently no wifi card for the Touch. SpecTec has been saying they'll have one out for a long, long time (for about $150). There is also some question as to whether it will fit in the Touch (because of the location of the card) and whether the Touch has SDIO enabled. Frankly I've used the SDIO cards before on other phones and they don't really work very well, so if wifi is really important to you, don't get a Touch.

There's an easy hack, though, for MMS. - sheureka

Why would you start a useless thread like this with a crappy title, it makes no sense ???

Here, now see if you can follow this......

Do you have the internet, maybe look at the Touch specs at any of the many websites including HTC and Sprint and you would see what features it does/doesn't have...

Then when you're done with that maybe do a 1 second SEARCH here and you would find your answers on MMS, of course I guess it's easier to just bitch and whine about it.

This thread "somehow sucks" and needs to be closed.

Most PPC devices do not support MMS out of the box and need the app that is available on the FAQs sticky.

I would personally recommend you do some research before switching devices, I understand your frustration to finding out AFTER you ordered that the Sprint Touch has no Wi-Fi, however, you could have found out this information BEFORE placing your order.

Although, uncalled for, I couldn't help but laugh my butt off at this.

But really, at this point, how could you be looking at a touch and not know that it doesn't have WiFi? It's only NOT mentioned in ANY spec sheet. (except for some of the early GSM only spec sheets.)

Now, if the question was about if it has fully GPS comming or just the A-GPS.... then I'd not mind (although, I've heard more than enough of that too, and until we get a ROM with it enabled to see for sure, I really don't care.

LOL! Wow, This board is harsh! But the name of the site, last time I checked, was PPCGeeks not PPCNoobz

ok guys that's enough bashing of the new guy. i understand that his lack of common sense about researching is annoying but im really dissapointed with the way you all just acted. its responses like the ones you all gave that are driving people away from this site. we rely on you guys to help us make this site a place where people WANT to come to and learn about their phones. so please stop with the negativity. if you don't have anything nice to say then keep quiet.

Thanks

Thanks AJK...civility is definitely needed. People who want help will be hesitant to do so if they feel they will be bashed or harshly criticized.
