delayed ringing miss call problem

sometimes when my touch is in sleep mode people will call me and i will not get the call at all but when i turn my touch on it immediately starts to ring and goes to miss call.

anyone have this problem? i swear i thought going to touch was going to be less pains then when i had my mogul.

I currently have vc 1.6; mapopolis; opera; lvm clock and bat, cube config, usbmodem, touchpal and total commander.

only registry changes were to make VC louder, sensitive touchflo, and sms notifier turn off.
