WTF Sprint touch for $179.99 ??

please check this out and tell me if its real, theres a deal that says this phone is $279.99 and 179.99 after a rebate w/ a new account from this site. click the select icon on that page and put in your zip. Let me know whats up... http://www.mobiletechreview.com/phones/Sprint-Touch.htm

interesting, Price without contract is 529.99 (30 over regualr retail price)
They are offering it for 279.99 a discount of $250.00 plus a $100.00 mail in rebate from Sprint. Yet if you click on the link for the 100 mail in rebate it states its a $50 mail in rebate on the Touch so long as you sign up for a 2 year agreement.
Something sounds fishy, just doen't add up right. Still if one is willing to sign up another two years and be bound to the contract and the price is indeed 179.99 then go for it. I'll rather pay a little bit more and not be bound to the contract.

It's legit because I know people who got their 6700's for 0.99 with the same dealer.

yea your right. but it looks like you need to be a new account which sucks bc im with nextel right now i want that damn touch

handlez 12-11-2007 05:52 PM

is adding a line with 2yr contract qualified? or does it have to be a totally new account?

nevermind - i saw they dont include SERO plan. but im wondering, if i sign up with them and just switch to SERO plan later. but i guess thats another thread.

DAMN.....I'm a Sprint employee and I paid $249 :(

Killabee44 12-11-2007 07:39 PM

Guys,

Sprint might consider people switching from Nextel to Sprint (Sero or regular acct) to be a new account. They are trying to move as many people off the Nextel network and over to Sprint as possible. Try, it wouldn't hurt.
