Anyway, yes you CAN switch to a SERO plan but its a royal pain to do so. You'll be talking to many people and you'll be spending many hours on the phone.

Technically speaking, no you can't do it. But you can get around that if you're patient and persistent.

That is funny since I switched mine and I was still under contract with Sprint. They just extended my 2 year contract. So to tell somebody it can't be done is not accurate!

its not a matter of if sprint will do it or not, its a matter of the dealer you are buying the phone from will then charge you back b/c they dont get paid commission.

Exactly, yes technically you CAN switch, but you will get charged back the difference from the discounted price. I was referring to getting the Touch at this price posted in the link in this thread.
