Diamond keyboard.....how to get the letters

Hi All,

Need your help on this one, as i'm still learning.

I downloaded the HTC diamond keybooard to my touch, but when i tried to send a test email, i can't get the letters......just numbers.

I someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong. This keyboard is so much better, and i don't want to go back to the old one.

Stick the point of your stylus in that pin hole on the far right ion the bottom edge.

This also happened to me. I fixed it by choosing another SIP for one message then switching back and it was ok after that. If that doesnt work a soft reset should do just fine.
