nah... whatever looks best... so far I like what you have been doing, so Im sure I will be impressed :-)

Actually I was replacing the IM icon... and that is at the bottom with the Carbon. Does that matter?

Ooo, you're tricky. You get me to make a regular Messenger Icon, and then you get me to make one with the Carbon Fiber background! tricky tricky ;-)

Here are both. I liked the brown background best, so that's what I used.

They're named messenger.brn, messenger_HL.brn, messenger_CF.brn, and messenger_CF_HL.brn

By the way, Zyphlin, the theme you posted does not work. You need to upload the .tsk and the background file. once that is up people can put it in their \Windows folder and choose it from the Today Settings.

Musicman, would it be possible for you to create a true iphone calendar icon...like the one posted here? That exact icon would be perfect!

Put them in the \My Documents\iCube\Icons folder and then change the
IconPath and IconPressPath in the registry for whatever app you want them to be for.

Ah, Thanks Musicman247. I actually figured out how to do it searching around this forum (love this site!). For anyone who cares, I used this simple program to convert from 24 bit BMP to BRN: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=463 .

Now for another silly question... How do I change the animation to the one that doesn't show the icon I replaced (I believe it was called the "blink" animation). I changed one of the iPod icons to iGuidance (the GPS program I use) and I can still see the iPod icon in the transition animation.

Thank you so much for all your help.

PS: The icons I made are attached below.

The transition animations are not dynamic, they are static images, meaning that they will always show the same thing. A generic animation will be coming soon (all the icons will be grey or something).
