You'll need to call back as in order to edit your phone number you need your MSL number, which is a ## number that allows you to edit settings only on your phone.

You can try ##DATA# but that probably won't let you update settings, only view them.

If you call them back, write down that number and keep it safe.

Make sure you are given the MSL and not the OTSKL. As both are tied to your ESN, the MSL can be used over and over again while the OTSKL is OneTime!

Say it was wrongly programmed or something if they give you flak. BTW: the ##six numbers is followed by another#

Good luck!

Hey... don't post your MSL, each device has its own individual MSL.

Be careful...

My ESN is ridiculously easy.

Its a single number 5 times followed by a 1. That rocks my world. Makes life much easier with my hacker ways...

are you wanting the programming code? ( from initial setup?) I had to do this the other day to program my Touch, luckily I wrote everything down. The code they had me use was ##Removed by Moderator#

People please be careful, I've already said this on this thread. The code Sprint gives you to program your phone is NOT universal. It is your device's unique MSL (Master Security Lock) code, it does not help anyone else.

Do not post it.
