How to change tabs?

Ok, I feel stupid. And I've searched. And I just can't remember how to change the tabs at the bottom of the screen? One of mine was SMS and the other was Contacts and I installed some silly app today, uninstalled it and now my SMS tab is dead. And I really don't want to install Spb Shell just to do that.

Can anyone tell me how to do this please?
