I'm no expert, but from what I have seen in the past you need (or it's preferable) to have a released ROM so that flashing is possible.
That's just from what I have seen, seems to be a trend that custom ROMs are released after an official update is released. There may be other ways, but more knowledgeable people may need to chime in. |
