Vogue 6.5 MMS not working

Before upgrading I could send and receive pictures. After using the PPCKitchen to upgrade to 6.5 w/GPS, I can no longer send or receive.
I cooked it with the 3?? version and tried ArcsoftMMS 5.0.31.7 also.
Can someone point me to a version or settings that will bring me back to working? I have searched, but nothing seems to address my problem on my device. I'm sorry if this has been answered, but I haven't found it.
