Except that Rogers' network is GSM, which means it should have Wi-Fi.

it would definatly have it because first its running on GSM network and second if you look at the the specs it is the lower version of the touch 200mhz processor doesnt have the same speed as the sprint touch is 400mhz. and ram is defferent too if not mistaking.
