Re: Sprint Vogue troubles AGAIN flashing at 29% then stopping???

spoke too soon again... well this 6.1 loads and seems to be working fine but as soon as I disconnected the phone from the SYNC..../ usb... here we go again with the stopping and starting.... so I bring it back out here to my office and put it on the "WALL CHARGER"... and it continues to do the ON/OFF... cycle..... ???? ..... but I just now hooked it back up to the ACTIVE SYNC via the laptop and it seems to be running fine....so strange???

Yeah, you could have a bad battery.
I say turn it off and plug in the charger and let it charge up. Then see if it still does it right away or it starts after a while.

Re: Sprint Vogue troubles AGAIN flashing at 29% then stopping???

I changed my htc mp6900sp from sprint to a htc evo shift. I kept the 6900 and I am interested in flashing to android. Thing is that this phone does not come with wifi features but it does have a side slot for memory card (2gb). Can it be done? Is there a way to make this phone wifi? I don't need (not connected) it as a phone just want it for my kids to fool around so they lay off of my Evo.

Re: Sprint Vogue troubles AGAIN flashing at 29% then stopping???

Yes, you can put android on it with your memory card. I did it, and it was abit glitchy, and the buttons ended up not being mapped right... so it isnt very functional. It may have just been the version I put on it.

No way to make this wifi, unless you buy one of those wifi-microSD cards. not sure sure how well they work, or if it will fit well in this particular phone.

anyhow, heres the link to the android flash I did:
Touch CDMA Android Development - xda-developers

also, this post is in the wrong thread.
