Do not restore text messages and then you will be golden.

From the first page and NFSANS first post.

Now, maybe my English is not the best, but that clearly reads that you can backup text messages.

I'm sure this is not a NFSFAN rom issue. I have had the exact same thing happen when I backed up these messages and flashed to other rom's. It did not happen every flash, but it did it twice and neither was a NSFAN rom.

Weird. I never had it happen before...but honestly, it makes sense that it might happen. Since it only happened on this NFSFAN rom (and this is the first time I've used it), I thought maybe there was some sort of tweak he added to automatically resend failed messages.

I deleted all my old messages anyway. But its good to know its just a quirk rather than my phone dying. Here's a sample of some of the texts that were resent at 10:56am this morning:

"I love you, cann i comee over. nt drukn!!1"

"I'll meet you for lunch in 5. I brought the cake"

"We should really spend some time apart. I need to think things over"

"Those jeans you had on last night were sweet!"

"Dude, Lost finale on tnite. be sure to dvr it"

Now none of these made any sense to their recipients--1 made me look like a stalker, 1 made me look like a perv and the other caused some relationship drama.

Its all good though. This is a nice ROM.

So has anyone else experienced these camera lag issues? Or am I the only one?

I've experienced some camera lag aswell, even recording videos I get freezes at random times during playback. Not sure if its the rom cause I've experienced it with other roms.

Re: *Updated: October 12th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5 ROMs

Never mind, installing the following cab fixed most of my camera issues. Just install and do a soft reset.

Note: NFSFAN's latest rom may have this fix already preinstalled, just a note to those who are having sluggish issues. It may be that you need this cab installed..I did as I'm using his older release.

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.5 (Microsoft Windows; PPC; Opera Mobi/17753; U; en))

lol i just change from 2MP to H! The lag of slow shutter/processing looks worse (blurry from movement) than having it set at lower resolution. There's also a couple of registry tweaks that can make the responce a little bit better.

Anyone have any trouble with file sharing via bluetooth? Bluetooth is on and visable. My touch displays that it is connected with another phone but when I beam a file it always fails to send and the other phone I'm connected to says check bluetooth status of other device.

move phones closer together, that might help. If both phones are visable to each other and ARE properly "paired", see if there is settings for "Accept Incomming Files" and that it's enabled.
