Dang.... I really wish they wouldn't go this route with Windows Mobile... it may get better down the road but right now I hate it!

weell i would have to agree with u on that one, which is why im sticking with 23016

which one is better? 23016 or 23017?

I have never tried 23017, but 23016 is very stable and fast, so its a great sys to use.

I have been trying to get the sip menu working on the new mega ezinput keyboard, i have managed to get the default options showing ( block recognizer, keyboard and letter recognizer along with touch input (Full qwerty keyboard)) , but have come to a dead end to getting compact qwerty and phonekeypad going, looking for some fresh ideas. attached is what i have at the mo

I played with my TP and got keys for phone keypad and compact qwerty (they work on Vogue with manual reg change)
phone keypad:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\ezsip]
"CurrentSIP"=dword:00000A00
"ClickSoundEnabled"=dword:00000000
sound can be enabled too

compact qwerty:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\ezsip]
"CurrentSIP"=dword:00000B00

Touch input is not in menu (in TP)it looks like this:

Touch input settings
English>
Phone Keypad
Compact QWERTY
Full QWERTY

From my understanding "touch input" is like a main menu,and the rest is like submenu

i gave this new build a try (23041) and it was bad, not an hour after and i switched back to 23017 LOL
some menus are big and ugly and barely fit in the screen, the buttons at the bottom looked a bit nice when first flashed, upon changing the home screen theme, the buttons adopted some oval shape and looked bad.
it seems indeed that microsoft is taking an approach to a finger friendly UI, but d@mn i don't know what they are doing with this LOL
anyway, good jobs guys bringing the latest builds.
