Ok,here is xip.sys_Common is ready...but how to convert 192_dpis to 96_dpis?

Thats a bin for vogue core for ppck if somebody wants to play with that dump.sys_Common is the same for all screen types...
I thought that vzw diamond is qvga,but its not....I need info on how to convert 192dpis to 96 dpis.
