When it comes to 6.5 your sensitivity cab doesn't seem to help, it might even make it worse. I tried it on NFSFAN's rom V10 and there was a lag in response then I tried it again without the cab and it was better but not great.

WDM, i have installed the Sprint 6.5 rom on my touch. It was working great for a day now i frequently get errors that say outlook cannot open (email, tasks, etc) due to a "critical component is either missing or cannot start because of program memory is unavailable." says to terminate progams that did not automatically start. And just now its also doing it for "calupd". I have to reboot in order to use the phone properly then it eventually happens again.

2nd thing, i have exchange enabled. when syncing for first time, via usb, it enters an infinite loop of syncing.

3rd thing, this one is random, after the hard reset after the install, the scrolling of the home screen is now twitchy and will randomly select an item while scrolling.

I hope this helps you debug some stuff. I really appreciate what you do, thanks!

I have never flashed a rom for this phone before... and i dont see any instructions, can someone post some instructions or post a link with step by step instructions for a for a 6900 noob?

Download the Unlocker (2.31) and run that first while your phone is connected via ActiveSync. It will reset your phone so make sure all of your stuff is backed up on your computer. You should now have a fresh version of WM.

After you do that, download the Rom and run ROMUpdateUtility.exe while you are connected via Active Sync. I did it last night and it worked out fine

Ok sounds simple enough... But I used to flash my
Touch pro and I had to put it in bootloader mode
While connected to the pc so the new rom could be
Loaded. Will I need to do the same thing for this
Phone? If I do, how do I put it in bootloader mode?

Also... The unlocker didn't come with any instructions
How do I use it?

You can put it into bootloader by pressing power, camera, and put stylus in bottom hole. You can do this and just run rom update utility.

You don't need to enter bootloader mode manually. I know my unlocked phone entes it automatically when I run the rom update utility.
