I have the options "Network Only", "Automatic", and "Roaming Only".....on both 6.1 and 6.5

So, idk try hard resetting?

Nope, that's theirs, I made a few little registry adjustments because they put XDA as their internet tab....

I have all 3 options, but the Kpoe roam switch cab would only select network or automatic, it won't move to roaming. I was wondering if there was something in the cab that is preventing it. It worked on your previous rom, but this rom it only selects network and automatic.

I'm using the 6.5

Well I used it as well and it worked fine, you can just manually switch it ;)...its in the phone settings

Hey guys. I been doin my research and I'm about ready to flash my first custom rom. I'm likin the feedback on this particular 6.5 rom, but I'm not quite sure how to download the file and get it open in the BuilOS program. Can someone give a hand. Thanks in advance.

once you download it you extract it (in use winrar). You can either put your phone into bootloader manually (by power, camera, and stylus) or plug in and sync using activesync then run rom update utility. Make sure you phone is unlocked first (see link on first page). After flashing and letting customizations run I perform a hard reset. then it good to go..hope this helps.
