I'm not for sure, I see my phone as a multi-tasker. As i've worked forever with electronics and I definately prefer my electronics to be uni-taskers. I unfortunately haven't used TT, and I basically take the same approach to roms as OMJ. I did some quick searches for TT... You may try that astro-gps launcher, and I saw several comments where TT won't get a signal sitting still... I'm not sure of the answer to the software issue, but this series is basically the same as a stock rom, the answer is out there. I'll see what I can find out for you...

I really liked your Diamond ROM for VZW but counldn't get the GPS to work so I had to go back to the OMJ ROM. For some reason I get instant GPS lock with OMJ. Counld you find out if there is a difference in the GPS between your ROM and OMJ's?

One difference I know of is he used a slightly updated SYS from I think the bell rom?

Thanks for looking into this. I have another question. On your Rom you had the Benny Hill ringtone. This is something that I really like but could find the ringtone in MP3 format on your OEM. You wouldn't be change have this that you could post?

It is in the OEM. It's in the zzz_My_Sounds_OEM as "000-BennyHill.mm", the oem then copies it to \My Documents\BennyHill.mp3. So you can take that file and just rename it.

I was playing and didn't want it to show up twice, and prefer my ringtones in that directory....and that was my solution...

im still a noob at this but i did notice that i got a quicker lock if i went into goole maps and set the com port manually instead of having it find it itself.
never used Tom Tom 7...but maybe you can see if you can sent the com port manually it should be set on 4...cant remember the baud rate...but im new so i could be soooo wrong on this lol...

Wow, guess EVERYONE bought a diamond. Anything new that should be added to this? Gotta rebuild. Again....

Nothing new after that little problem with the NBH packages. But yea, this place turned into a Verizon thread so it sorta forced me to get my diamond earlier than anticipated...

This are still basic roms with the components that are most commonly upgraded seperated out, but no new news.
