Thank you very much. Quickmenu likes to turn itself back on even though I set it to stay off. Very much a pain in the butt.

Fixed the following roms so they will flash.

RSTG_CellularSouth_Dia_NBH_v1.41 -=-=-=- RSTG_CellularSouth_M2D_NBH_v2.141

RSTG_Cricket_Dia_NBH_v1.41 -=-=-=-==-=- RSTG_Cricket_M2D_NBH_v2.141

And as a bonus, in the M2D rom, check out the new launcher when you hit the "All Programs" softkey in the Applauncher widget.

Your welcome.... So your saying it is possessed? I like the quick access to certain items it gives you, and it's stable. Anyways, gotta go fix the others now. Wait, there is a new ppckitchen to download...I'll do the other generic roms tommorrow.

I want to ask you if we can use Verizon text messaging app with out cooking it to ROM? I have Verizon service but I like to keep my Bell Radio

Sure can. Just flash the rom. It doens't have a radio. And if you prefer stock, open the verizon_release_whatever_theycalled_it.exe with winrar, and just flash the ruu_signed.nbh from the exe archive. Or you can use this kitchen if you want. Only the carrier releases have radios, no kitchen I know of or chefs rom has a radio to overwrite the 42.50.

what I mean by not Flash the rom I mean just copy the unpack app from Verizon new update ROM and copy it to my Windows folder under my phone! it will work this way or not

I think your talking about a .cab file from the original verizon rom... If that the case then it should. Just try it, you can always uninstall it.

Yep, possessed is a good word.

After every soft reset Quickmenu is back on. I go to the options and run at start up is unchecked. Exit out telling it not to run again and after a soft reset it is back on.

<grin> That still doesn't delete \windows\startup\quickmenu.lnk... That'll kill it. That option adds the link, but I guess the author didn't want to delete it...
