It's much easier than it seems, don't be scared to try it. Just follow the wiki instructions carefully and you should be good to go in under 10 minutes.

##3424 doesn't work for me, any suggestions?(using dharvey's black vista rom)

so does this use a data connection? if i don't have a data plan, I won't want to do this?

so, i put the phone into DMR mode, but then it doesn't do anything....



**edit: nevermind, just needed to unplug usb and then plug back in

All calls to the AGPS server go across the internet, so I would expect that you would see data charges if you do not have a data package.
