You need to copy it to your device and use Total commander, Resco or similar file manager to copy the files to /Windows

not yet i am still looking for the right codes that i am going to need for canada to work, I have like 1 or 2 cities in canada,

If anyone has suggestions please let me know and i can try and get them in there.

I tried using resco but it still wouldn't let me because it is in Rom I guess I can try total commander

Total Commander Works.
Not trying to hijack your thread, but all you need to do to add your city is edit the .xml file. I just go in there and find the city that comes before the one i want to add, copy it, paste it on the next line and edit in the information for the city i want to add. Takes 5 seconds.

Do the postal codes work? Cause I really want to your your file, but Bell and Telus users complain

yeah that is fine that you do that, That was a starting point oin all of this, so that cooks could have a more centeral stepping stone. So no feel free to edit the file or use it, in any rom that you use.

im not sure, you are sure welcome to try and report back, and then yeah go ahead and use it all you like and do your best with it.
