for some reason I can't get Culver City,California or Santa Monica,California to work....is it a possible zip code problem?

Yes it is. Both had incorrect zip codes. Thanks for catching that. Both are corrected for the next update.

Updated cities are in there, Thanks to Guitardoc for getting the cities fixed. I added puerto rico into there and I added more canadian cities.

I just tested Culver City and Santa Monica. Works for me. I test each city I add before sending to conflipper. Double check The entries. They should be:
<city name="Culver City, CA" loca="90230" land="California"/>
<city name="Santa Monica, CA" loca="90401" land="California"/>

That's what the entries are in the latest update. I'm still adding to it, should have more by wed.
