I put SPB weather into my build and it comes up as trial period expired. I have purchased it and have the registration code but I can't run the program to enter the reg code. Any ideas?

I believe Spb Weather is located under Settings. From there it should just popup with the registration window. Also, you should be able to just click on the plugin to bring it up.

it feels like a very sold rom.. i just built one and the only problem i faced is with diamond keyboard where it doesn't load and the task manager feels a bit weird.... otherwise pretty fast ... i'll use it all day and report back..

edit

one more thing.. it takes a long time to get reception ..

Just created a rom - looks good so far. Things I've noticed:

- The EVDO connection icon is back to the "normal" square box, which I think looks better.
- TomTom 7 doesn't require a primer (I installed astrogpslauncher, but not using it). It works even from the TT icon on the Today screen, so I know I'm not using astrogpslauncher. Nice!

I'm sure there are more things, but I've only been playing with it for 10 minutes.

Note: no problem with reception for me.

the reception problem turned to be from the operator not the rom.. i have restarted the phone many times after i changed my location and works great...

This kitchen is super fast with great gps locks. I had to locate all of my classes yesterday because I am enrolled at two schools and take a class at three different campuses. I used garmin mobile xt, google maps, and live search and all were fast as could be. Thanks agains for the great work.

Does anyone know how to get the contacts to function like before..? Meaning, when you click to search for names beginning with "S"... the first name starting with "S" is at the top of the screen, instead of at the bottom of the screen..?

I've noticed one thing I don't like. The media player stops when you put it in standby. I don't think tghis happened with 20270? Is this just a reg change somewhere?

I was unable to get SPB weather to come up so that I could put in the registration code. I took it out of my build and installed it regularly. Another problem I had was that the diamond keyboard wouldn't work. It would show up on the menu and you could select it but it would revert right back to the regular keyboard. This was on the Diamond keyboard and the diamond qwerty. I removed that from my build as well and installed those regularly too. GPS is locking very fast for me on my Verizon XV6900 using BAF GPS Toggle and GPSViewer - much faster and more reliable than the 20270 build.
