Re: In need of some testers

Hey JD.. I ran into a problem today. Every once in awhile my phone can't read my micrSD card. A soft reset fixes this problem, so I assume it is the rom, but can not be sure. Anybody else having any similar problems?

o ok hey thanks a lot got it.

i am also having this problem. all of the folders are empty. removing and re-inserting the card also seems to fix the problem.

also, i cant seem to insall smms...i dunno if its really related to the rom but...i do think that it is.

thanks great job!

Re: In need of some testers

I also have had an issue with the device not reading the card. At the time I was playing with no2chems usb2pc. I thought it may have been that but now that 2 other people had issues, maybe it was something else.

What's up with gps? It seems to aquire a lock faster then previous versions. I always thought your roms were slow locking but they did always lock in 20-40 seconds so it wasn't much of a problem. Now everytime I try it, it's 5 to 10 seconds.

Id LOVE just a stock ROM stripped of: the cube (Touchflo left), all the Sprint crap like nav and whatever else junk programs comes with it.
Yes, it's the most stripped down and litest rom I've seen. You may want try JD's rom from the other other thread. This one has a couple of bugs but I can't wait for the final version of this one.

Re: In need of some testers

I just ran into a problem with WMP. It froze on me while accessing the library, but I was able to close it. When I tried to reopen WMP, it would not open. A soft reset fixed it though. Everything else has worked great.

Re: In need of some testers

I have noticed the SD card problem as well. That has been the only thing that I have notice though. I have not had the same problem that Budney has with WMP as of yet. Still over all a very fast ROM and holding very stable. I have not had to soft rest for 2 days now. Great work! I will keep testing.

BeeJive won't run with this Rom. It is super fast though. I will be able to test a lot more tomorrow.

Re: In need of some testers

Well, you can add me to the list of people with the SD card issue. Tried to install a cab for my card and file explorer could not read it. A soft reset helped, but then it happened again later. I am wondering if my WMP issue is related to this issue?
