It will...my cab only added phone codes, CDMA Extend Functionality, Internet Sharing Hack, and GetSPC.

Also, dcd has a new cab out.

If you have trouble with the battery icons after installing DCD's cab just change the following reg entry

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\ResOver\Bitmaps]
"BaseDll"="phcanOverbmp.dll"

How do I find the advanced settings on this ROM? The screen where you enable the Location, Run the IOTA, etc? I haven't been able to find it through the usual menus.

Those options were not there for me either until I installed the Alltel PPST cab. So you should search out whatever carrier PPST cab you need.

hey. Great rom but I have an issue I can't seem to get a data connection to work I'm on sprint it just says error when I open opera and wants me too make a new one pls help!

This has actually been answered already. But, I'll tell ya:) Just go into settings>system>power. You can change everything in there.

Great news! I installed the latest DCD Sprint cab and I don't have any more issues answering calls!!! I didn't realize there was a newer version, turns out mine was from August. :/

I had the same issue finding it. When you're in that same window, hit the Menu softkey and there's the Backlight menu

I don't know if you'd consider it, but if you do end up making carrier roms again, please add back in the cube for Sprint, it's such a nice thing to have. I love the rom though keep it up.

Have you ever flashed a rom to your phone before? Because if you have not you'll need to do a little research on how to unlock your phone and flash a rom. You cant just uninstall a rom but, you could install another one right after it.

I upgraded to 2.2 and I think it's great. Awesome job. I attempted browsing for an answer to this question, but I am unable to locate it. I connect to an exchange server to check work e-mail. I am able to connect to the server, but only if I manually check it. Previously, if I enabled Direct Push, I would get messages instantly. I'm just wondering if this is a known issue? If so, is there a fix in the works?

wow ty dette i installed the carrier cab and now it works!! your rom is awsome also i wondwering if the youtube error is the one that says i need at leats 8mb of space to run youtube or is mine somethign else? cuz i have space left ty

I have a few questions. Is there anyway to disable the Battery Meter at the Top? I mean the sliver that starts red and goes to blue. Also is there a way to disable the Button nest to the start menu to make it look like the standard version? One more thing I'm looking to change out the Skulls Splash Screen and Red Windows Mobile. :)

This Rom runs VERY fast. I will try loading Manilla 2D over it to see how it holds up.

I like this v2.2 so far so good. I was trying to figure out a way to make thumbcal the default calendar instead of the windows calendar. I tried to mess with the registry files but that didnt seem to work. I searched the forums but found nothing. the registry tweak did not work for me.

Okay I installed M2D Update 15 (Youtube and Opera from update 19) and when I Go to the Text message tab TF2D closes and takes me to where it says "Launching Touchflo". It's the only tab that does that.



EDIT: Nevermind about this post. I installed the wrong ROM. I still would like to tchange the Skull/Red Windows Mobile splash and X the Battery Life Bar.

The Skull and Red WM splash screens are only in version 1.0 they are changed in 2.0+.. If you still have the Skull and Red WM screens after installing 2.0 or 2.1 or 2.2 whichever.. Flash this ROM.. It will ONLY replace the splash screens! It will NOT mess with your phone at all except changing splash screens.. Be warned though it will hard reset your phone!

Just unzip the .nbh into your RUU folder and run the RUU with your phone plugged into active sync as normal when flashing :)
