What are you looking to change it to? If i just select the keyboard I want it normally saves that to me, I just select it from the pop up menu on the keyboard.

ya but after a soft it changes back to the qwerty. I installed the YT.cab but I cant find it. any ideas. and also, I put the new alltel rom on my wifes phone. then I went to do the GPS fix and when I get to the add a new port window and am suppose to click the device with the same comm# as mine,which is 7, theres only one there and its comm6. you know why?

YT i think it is install under /windows/youtube check that out. you might have to create a link, i am not sure, I will look at it.

Oh ya! Just FYI I reflashed yesterday with 100% battery,hard reset twice and my battery life is awesome again! I dont know what actually fixed it but something did? iv been using it pretty much nonstop since 7:30 this morning and im at 84%.

Ya I found it and made a shortcut in my programs folder. it wont work though. I can pick a video but then the little connecting icon starts spinning then gets stuck and I have to push the end key to get out of it. Am I doing something wrong? well after about 5 min it says cannot play this video. do I need some sorta streaming video cab installed?

okay good, and for the GPS trick, if you do ##3424 and then plug your phone into your computer, it should then load up into QPST. Mine uses Comm 19.

If you need to change your comm port then on your desktop, right click "my computer" and go down to manage. and then down to "device manager" This will load up a lot of different components to your computer, scroll down until you see, "Ports (COM & LPT1)" then find the port your phone is on. right click and go to properties, this will load up some tabs, and click on Port settings, and you will be able to change your port.

Once you change your port then you can unhook your phone and hook it up again, and then your phone will now be at the Comm port that you assign it to be at.

you are installing this on the offical update? You will need to install another file, let me try and find it and i will let you know. It needs the updated dshow drivers and everything, let me find it for you.

in the mean time if you install that youtubeplay, it will work, but it wont look quite has nice.

the file is hidden, i just realize that. on your computer, open up any folder, and then on top go to "Tools", and then down to Folder Options, and then you should have 4 tabs on top, go over to View. and then about half way down, check the box that says show hidden files.

Here are the files you need to get youtube working, Uninstall the one you have now, and then install the two files and it will work like a champ.
