ok, if anyone would like to test out this updated rom.....I'm pretty much cooking blindly, so I have no idea how it will turn out, lol.

-updated to the latest Manila 2D + components
-updated to the latest LiveSearch
-updated to the latest Google Maps
-updated to the latest Opera 9.5 15316
-updated to PIM Backup 2
-updated to Advance Config 3.2
-updated Total Cmdr, includes ppcgeeks ftp sever connection
-added NetCF3.5

OMJ what do you recommend as far as pagepool size?

PIMBackup would be nice

also a couple qwerty keyboards.

OMJ - Great ROM

Installed and performed hard reset.
ROM observations: Lightning fast!!
Set-up - Running at 12pp;
Installs – Core, Skyfire, Igo8, iContact, ThumCal, games – Uno,
Bugs: 1. Two “Task Manager” shortcuts in the “Programs” menu
2. Opera browser is too big for the screen
3. Installed iGo8 first – however, it won’t run. Soft reset, Mem was @ 38% and still won’t go. Any ideas?
4. Backlight adjustment does not work – stuck in “Power Save” mode.

Otherwise great ROM so far.

Is Touchpal included in this ROM?

In the messages tab, the "new message" button on the top right doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else notice that?

Another suggestion would be to update Quickmenu to 2.8. And I'm not sure how much work this would be, but the SYS/XIP could be updated to a newer version. I heard 20940 was pretty good.

Sorry for all the spam, but I also noticed that the google maps tab in M2D doesn't seem to be working. Both new searches and clicking on previous searches has no action.

I'm assuming this is like a beta release strictly for teasting b/c u dont have a vogue anymore correct? Or is this the official release of the update?

Is there anything like these Kitchen tools that work for a Touch Pro? I want to break down the Alltel Touch Pro rom but this doesn't work for it.
