So - I am a Rom Flashing Junkie... I just flashed this ROM and as I am installing my "Necessary" Apps - it is working well so far.

Tomorrow I will put it through a rigorous 8 hour work day - about 200 emails, 100 phone calls, multiple PDF's, word docs, excel sheets, photo proofs, navigation, etc... - and report ant bugs at the end of the day. Thanks for the hard work.

Get that donate button up already!

EDIT: I saw that you just posted the button... Will let you know how tomorrow goes - then I'll "Buy you a Beer"!

Unzip the attached file. Unzip the RUU_Signed.rar. Copy the .nbh into the newly created RUU folder. Run the Rom Update utility inside the folder. Voila!

put it in a RUU folder, then open the rom update utility, and you just follow the instructions.

no i flashed to a different ROM a few minutes after because the cleartype font was painful on my eyes to read and there was way too much bloat in the ROM. Im sure one of the other testers will see this occur, it happened right out of the flash

ok i see yall are talking about the font here is why it is the way it is. if you noticed i used alot of the nuetools from no2chem because i like his ROMs and one of his tweaks was to set font to callibri. also the cleartype is on.

this does have threaded sms. i am currently running it and it is threaded and also the reason it shows up in the task bar is because i use wktask instead of the default task manager.

right now i am working on the .net 3.5 *** soon as i get it it ready i will clean it up and get it ready for a kitchen. i already have it ready for multiple carriers.

it is currently not up on the internet yet.

SBR, i am firing my netCF 3.5 to my oem folder now, I just dropped it in place and it worked. Also, my 715 rom incorporates the 19581 sys folder to its fullest.

On a side note, the windows live from the Diamond sys didnt work for me, can anyone else please verify

Thank you for the hard work but Some of the issues that I have seen with this ROM are:
- Install tcpmp successfully but when try to run it, I get unexpected program failure
- In Vtap, the video will not play
- Try to install the Touch Pal but after a reboot, it does not show up as an option for me to select

i am running touchpal perfectly but i do not use the other to programs so i dont know what is wrong. it may be something to do with the old .net.

naw its ok ill help ya out. im going to release a stock all carriers version of this ROM soon i just really wanted to get the latest .net in it.

i ported this from the diamond but it doesnt have the apps from the diamond in it.

Right now it is not a "quote - Diamond ROM". Right now it is just a port of the SYS and not the whole GUI since he is trying to bring out the full potential of the drivers before implementing parts of the Diamond OS that would, potentially, not work properly at the current point in development.

there is a stock carrier generic ROM and a ROM with most of my ususals in it off of the new base in my ftp site.

you will have to download your carrier settings from DCDs post in xda developers. i will update my first post with the site to get your carrier settings.

no with my new ROM go to my first post download your carrier settings then after you flash the ROM install dcds cab and everything will work fine. you can check out my speed test in my signature.

it is carrier generic and i never use that plug in so just took it of the today screen on mine. if i start getting requests from multiple users to have the sprint stuff back then i will make a sprint specific version of my new ROM.

its from the diamond sys i can try the one from the vogue sys but im not sure if it will make a diferenc because i am pretty sure i ported it properly but i will try it later.

Quick Question (And it may be a dumb one) - What are the differences between the Sprint Release ROM and your Stock one based off the Sprint release? Did you do some of your tweaking to make it better?

On your Stock Rom - it gets halfway through customizations and gives me the error "SDAutoRun.exe does not exist" and then stops... Will i still be ok?

Alright so i just flashed to your V2 Stock rom and so far so good... but i have a question...
Im still at Radio 3.37 and im readin about new radio versions 3.42... wud it b better 4 me to upgrade my radio to 3.42 then flash to your rom or does it matter?

it doesnt matter but if you upgrade to the new radio and pri then you will get better gps.

Okay SBR, I plan on testing a few hours tonight. Now which version is considered the "clean" version or is there one?

the stock one doesnt have the extras the first one had in it regular has most of what i had in it th first time.

Hey man,

Just...
1) Flashed Coke's unlocker
2) Flashed the new Sprint Rom
3) Went to flash your rom with the RUU from the sprint rom, and get an "image error" (copied the nbh into the directory)

go download the RUU from imcokemans directory in the ftp from the vogue section
then extract the files from that to a folder all to itself then put my rom in there with it then run the rom update utility

Thank you so much for the kitchen but I failed to cook it. I followed the way I cook other ROM but it failed when I start to run ROMupdate utiliey.exe, "the file is opened". Here is what I did:

1- Extract the kitchen
2- Run Prepit.ext.
3- Run buildOS, I try to keep the existed EOM.
4- Run BuildIt.bat. the RUU_signed.nbh should be created inside RUU folder but it didn't. So it cause me to fail running Romupdate ulity.
I am using your SBR_L3GIONS V2 now but it seem to have too many app that I will not use.

there is a stock carrier generic ROM. and what OS are you using on your computer. right now with you have given me all i can say is keep trying.the only kitchen i have that is giving me any troubles is my titan kitchen. you have the steps down but i will need more info.

No error with Buildit.bat but there is no RUU_signed.nbh created in RUU folder.

Sorry it doesn't with me. Deleted the whole folder "VOGUE Kitchen" then extract again. Redo Prepit, buildOS then Buildit.bat without adding anything then the problem still the same.

So as I understand it, this ROM is based on the Diamond...so does the home screen look like the diamond? Does it contain diamond apps? I am currently running OMJs new custom ROM and like it very much, but your ROM has me intrigued. Sorry to sound so noobish..I know you are a busy man.

nice to meet ya. no it does not yet have the diamond interface keyword being yet. right now my main focus is getting the speed of the diamond so we can create apps to make it run like the diamond. right now i have definitley got some pretty good speed out of this thing. i am working on the ATI driver so that things will be running quick and smooth but the diamond interface is not there yet. you can make yourself a custom version of my ROM in the kitchen i released. if you are looking for some speed from your phone this is your ROM as you have seen from the feed back.

Now I've been having a really weird problem with this kitchen. Just to preface this..I do have a good amount of experience cooking with DG's kitchen.
I run prepit, everything goes fine. Run buildos, pick my oems, press the play button, etc. Goes fine, no errors. Run buildit.bat, goes fine with no errors that I can see. Go to Flash my rom, and there's no RUU_Signed.NBH in \RUU (or anywhere)! Hmm....

Also, possible suggestion:
Could you maybe edit the original post to include what exactly is included in the ROM? I downloaded the stock ROM and was trying to cook in esmertec jbed java and .netCF 3.5, and got error messages from buildOS that files already existed, meaning that these were probably already cooked into the ROM. But I didn't know these came in a 'stock' ROM ?

Otherwise, great work and the rom does seem to be running smoothly and pretty fast!
