all stock ROMs come with someversion of your apps. the reason i havent updated my first post with the Apps is because it isnt official yet. i want to a bit more to it before ima give it the green light for an official release. yes it is stable but it is not what i want to be released. one of my main goals has been to get the new .net in there and i have tried everything i know how to do. i have cooked for awhile but this thing is confusing me. i am also working on incorporatng more things into the ROM but i have accomplished atleast one good thing and got some speed out of it.

Cool man, I like where you're goin with this. Definitely a nice stable and speedy ROM so far. Just out of curiosity..what is it about the stuff from the Diamond that makes this faster than a regular vogue ROM? What's updated? Drivers or what?

a magician never reveals his secret. lol jk right now all that i can credit to is the diamond build model i do not yet have the ATI driver in there. i would be testing this more but i have no true test phone i have my mogul to test on and my touch but i am relying pretty heavily on it right now.

Tried the stock version. after 2 hard resets it still gives me the following error. During cusimization it says \windows\SDAutoRun.exe does not exist!

I had that prob too - SBR says to just soft reset afterwards and you will be fine.

Hey SBR - So I ran your custom rom this weekend. GPS got me to the middle of the desert without a hitch. I was able to tether, print, send photo proofs, type up proposals, read PDF's, listen to music with my BT Headphones while I was shooting, and play games and watch a movie in my downtime. Everything was really fast with no hangups or glitches, and my battery lasted all day... So I would say this ROM is pretty much perfect! If I have any custom requests, they will be in your PM box. Hope you enjoyed that beer I bought you!

If you want to make this ROM really doggy slow, install the Diamond keyboard. It is unreal how slow that keyboard can make a ROM feel. Even this one.

What I don't understand is the FULL QWERTY that came with the Sprint OEM SHIPPED worked great however these Diamond keyboard rips seem to slow things down a ton.

Anyone know where to get just the FULL QWERTY that comes with the OEM Shipped?

i am thankful for your testing of my ROM and i am glad you enjoy it. i am working on the graphics driver i think there is something i could do to the registry but i looked at the registry both before and after i put it in the ROM and they both confused me.

I've had mixed experiences with this ROM now, on my Telus phone it works flawlessly - GPS, Battery, Media, Storage card.
I put this on my buddy's Bell phone and he had nothing but problems - GPS worked once and needed to soft reset every time, weather loaded once and then would not refresh even after reset (same city as mine), neither audio manager or wmp worked (both progs froze the phone when telling it to play) and then all of his music was wiped off the memory card (again same card as mine - sandisk 8gb). We eventually put NFSFans Bell ROM on and it worked flawlessly.

My only conclusion is that Bell made a deal with HTC for the crappiest phones to increase their profit margins.

Juss tried to get SRS WOW HD v1.2.1 working on this rom and it does not work... phone goes completely mute... i believe its the ROM as i had this installed on the previous rom i used and it worked great

Question...I flashed DHARVEY's ROM and it runs super fast. But, I want to test out this ROM. First, has DHARVEY used some of this "new technology" in his ROM? Also, I downloaded the .RAR files but all they include is an .NBH file. Any special instructions on how to flash it?

As far as the .nbh File, download the RomUpgradeUtility, place the .nbh file in that same directory and run RomUpdateUtility.exe to flash the rom.

Hi All...I have a question about this ROM. I downloaded and flashed DHarvey's UBER Clean ROM based off of this ROM and it is wicked quick but when I have the soft keys on the today screen hidden, there is still a bar that is shown on the today screen. The bar doesn't actually do anything, it's seems like just a reminant of the bar that is there when your in something that has it. I use VJToggleToday and it works fine on the Official ROM. I asked DHarvey over in this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=32093 but he wasn't sure, so I figured this would probably be the best place to find out for sure. I tried it on the ROM from the first post here and it does the same thing. Any ideas on why it still shows a soft key bar?

Bump...can anyone try installing the attached cab on this rom, soft reset and see if they get the same result I do with a bar still showing up at the bottom where the soft keys should on your today screen? I want to make sure I'm not crazy. :-)

dont forget bout the shhhhhhhhhhhh its really hard to keep things under wraps when ya dont sleep and got a killer head ache but those who have personally meassaged know what im talking about. just expect a major update on whatever i release.

a few people have referred me to that and yes i am working on these things and hopefully we can get these drivers working on our devices because i know my touch is capable of far more than what i have it doing currently.

I'm also waiting patiently, it was the best ROM i've used. I swithced away to try some other stuff, but when the next version is unveiled I'll be backing-up and flashing immediately. Just hoping to see this ROM with a full Diamond theme.

thanx ima need it i dont know what i uo with me but i been feelin pretty bad lately. i have had this killer headache for almost a week now im still getting work done but its hard to do when your head is making it to where you cant focus.

I had those when i was younger, they wouldnt get threw by taking meds... Advil tylenol... But if you go to the doctor, they can give you some medicine which works better, only doctor can precribe it tough...

trust me i have been to the dotor for headaches before i have even had sugery for it i have just had some pretty painful head aches recently yesterday was all day. like nonstop head ache but i did get a bug squashed i believe if not im starting again from scratch im still not opposed to it at all. and thanx for your concern good to know we got caring people here.

expect the update to be after the weekend at latest i will give yall what i have so far and hopefully i will have the bugs narrowed down and fixed. also i have noticed a signifigant improvement in the way this thing feels with an improved sensitivity so im thinking of putting the screnn sensitivity to 5x the usual i would like to know what you all think about that. i currently have mine set to 6x the normal but its a lil to sensitive for touchpal i think if i just took it down a little bit it would improve the experience greatly.

Hey SBR, haven't heard from you in a bit. Headaches suck, I know how you're feeling man. Doctor couldn't at least narrow down what might be causing these headaches?

actaully im feeling a bit better today im just fine tuning today im not going to be in the house alot today. i know what my main bugs are and im squashin some. so far its beeen pretty stable i think im just going to start from scratch because i think i missed a few things while porting.
