you can right click on the picture and save as to download it. As far as putting it in the kitchen you go into your programs folder on your computer open up the PPCKitchen folder..i can't remember the other correct folder name(i believe it's called Splash screens) and drop it in the 240x480 folder. Then open the kitchen and it will be on the drop down tab for splash screens

correction..u drop it into the 320x 320 folder...but i dont think it makes a difference..the correct size of the file is 320 x 320
