Vogue GPS 3.02 Kitchen (w/ NEW Sprint Leaked ROM)

I downloaded buildos and installed it. But when i try to run it i get an error 0xc0000135, application failed to intialize properly. Any ideas? Im going to reinstall and see if that helps.

Install .Net2.0 SP1 (or later)

Are you using XP? If so, do you have .net installed on your system? That might be your issue.
