Here's the deal. I didn't put any themes in there because that was a request by fredcatsmommy I think. :) Maybee he can point you to that montrous OEM that has that theme. I'll fix it tonight when I get off work...

One question How to disable date .Owner.calender .from today screen >tweak ?
not uncheck in setting >today > icon

I really don't think the problem is the city/cities that you choose. I have registry settings built into my rom that have the cities already added, and I can add in new cities without any problem, including Raleigh. Rose1, do you have a theme, layout, and icon set selected under display?

EDIT: Okay, having read rstoyguy's reply above more carefully, I think the problem is that there aren't any themes to select from, so it can't display the city. When I had requested the custom oem with the theme I use, I had requested leaving out the default since i don't use that and didn't want to waste memory. If you add a theme/layout/icon set (do a search for "weatherpanel" in this site), you should be able to just drop those into the marsware folder and then will be good to go.

do a search for weatherpanel; there's a few threads out there with the different themes/layouts/icon sets that are available. Also, rstoyguy was nice enough to oem the theme/layout/icon set that I use, the son-of-commuter, which you can find at post #330 of this thread.

could you take a look at your weatherpanel setup and see if you can add weather images; I can't, but I'm not sure why. When I go to select a weather image, there aren't any to select from. Thanks! (BTW, I had an oem with weatherpanel registry settings and was able to see that the images come from images.worldnow.com/worldnow/images/wci_nxrd_STATE initials.jpg, so I was able to add one by just adding the url. Not sure why they don't show up as an option to select in the set up).

The themes are there...just in the wrong spot. As a work in progress for fredcatsmommy... To fix it:

Copy the whole directory \program files\themes into \program files\weatherpanel and that will fix the display issues once the OEM is installed...

I was gonna take them out before uploading, but never did. :) Again, I'll update the OEM when I get home...

Same here, I have no weather images to choose from either.

I don't have a theme layout because there is none to choose, nor an icon set
