i did a hard reset and still there(randomly...) close and restart the contact list, the dashes will not appear on the first contact i hit menu on, but will exists thereafter...

I am missing a few things from the Sprint ROM that I really liked.

One is the vertical alphabet in the contacts list along the right hand side, it is just much more intuitive than the horizontal one along the top.


Also, predictive text input in the "To:" field when sending text messages or emails. For example if I am typing a text message to Bob Smith I could type "bo" into the recipient field and it would automatically give me the option to send it right to Bob.

Lastly, is there any way to get the original dialer back, call me weird but I don't like the cartoony "Vista" dialer.

PS. I was reading above about the "...." option in Contacts and I have that too, and when I click on it I also get an error. I have no other 3rd party software installed other than what came with the ROM.

UPDATE my gps WORKS! I just d/l and ran the 3 cab from your wm 6.0 (at work i would post the link to it) but i also change my setting to com 2 and my live, google and today gps works!

Looks like the anti-GPS monster got me as well...
I used it fine this morning and then couldn't get a lock at all...
GPS Viewer shows a half dozen sats but it was flaking out with locks... had two, dropped them, had three, dropped two, then couldn't get one... yada yada yada...

So I just installed the GPSKickStart cab and i am hoping that fixes it up... Do i need to install the GPSKickStart_GPSEnable cab as well?
