ppst is part of carrier customization.... like I've said b4, carrier customizations are removed, UC is for the user, if you dont use, nothing to worry about.

that's probably your 6 digit MSL unlock code, if you dont have it, you can either call sprint & tell them u need it for a hard reset, or there's a program around here somewhere that u can use to get it.

It might not be important to a lot of people but I don't live in a big city so service isn't available everywhere here. Sometimes when I'm in certain areas I lose service and don't even know about it. :(

no, it doesnt stick for me either.....need to find the reg setting.

it's possible the newer tcpmp is not overwriting the rom tcpmp properly.....cuz the newer tcpmp is what is in v2.....you should look into UC, that way everytime you flash, it will run your cabs, setting etc...

did ya check post #1? provide more details, which rom did u flash? did u unlock?

you may or may not have to unlock 1st if you're a sprint user......i'm pretty sure non-sprint users need to unlock 1st, but I wouldnt think so for sprint.....try the leaked rom 1st, if it fails, unlock 1st.....

regardless, you cannot flash a custom w/o being unlocked.
