In doors two bars/Rain outside. Another interesting note I'm on the east coast but speedtest reads my 619 are code and wants me to test La,Cali. Testing With La was the same results as closest to me Portland,Me.

Isn't 619 a San Diego area code? If so maybe Sprint assigns IP addresses based on your phone number and not where you're accessing the towers from. Which means the IP address you're getting is registered as a San Diego IP so speedtest thinks you're out here.

alright i wanna test my rev A too but how? log on to speedtest.net in my touch, it said that i need flash player 7 or latest. I got it in stall already but still no luck. any help?

It's been said a few times. You have to tether to get speedtest.net results on a touch.
